EDIT: i do pc gaming and the difference between 30 and 45 fps is major. 45 fps is so much smoother

killzone has been in development for 5+ years
remember wen it was first ever shown E3 2005
they were obviously workin on it before that

second in PCs if that was the case then people would not need to get a new GPU, they would just save their money and get new CPUs.
the reason why its not done much is because its easier to develop games the more conventional way than the killzone way.
look at how long its taken the killzone 2 developers to build that engine and complete the game

the way they got the graphics looking like that is by a technique called deffered rendering
deffered rendering can be done with the 360 aswell easy
if killzone was to be ported to 360 visually it might end up lookin better. but there might not be as good physics and AI as on the ps3 verion due to the ps3s superior CPU
no downside at all, but it would have been better if the ps3 had a GPU like the 360s
wats the point in having all that impressive CPU power wen u havnt got the GPU to back it up.
Oh man the PS3s CPU and the xbox 360s GPU would make a legendary console

u will get better physics and AI
